About Mim

Hi, my name is Mim Chawimon Larbprasertporn, a Mindfulness Evangelista, a true believer in Mindful Living. For me, being self-aware, positive, and realistic in my goals, abilities, and aspirations allows me to grow and sustain the balance of a healthy life.

I worked in a global strategic consulting firm before joining the executive team of my family’s business in Thailand. Today, I make investments for my family’s business—Thip Capital— where our vision is to be a catalyst for sustainable impact via our investments in tech startups.

During my free time, one of my favorite hobbies is writing diaries and journals, something I have been doing since I was 12-years old. I have always had a deep appreciation for creativity. I also love to empower people in my life, as well as cheer them up. This blog is the perfect creative outlet to help me lend my passions, interests, and most deeply held convictions to inspire others to live mindfully—which will empower them to understand themselves at a profound level— so that they can design and craft their own version of a happy and healthy lifestyle.

I am grateful for all the experiences in my life— travelling and living in foreign countries, and having a chance to interact and befriend people from all walks of life. These experiences have helped foster a well-rounded lifestyle that allows me to connect with others and my surroundings in a more meaningful and profound way. For when we live mindfully, we understand ourselves at a deeper level, allowing us to empathize and relate to others on a deeper level.

I am continuously working on expanding my viewpoints across a wider horizon— being open-minded, striving to see things from a number of different perspectives, outside of my own. For me, looking at the world objectively, logically, and realistically is what makes all the difference, for it allows me to understand and accept other’s differences and respect their individuality.

When life throws me out of balance, living mindfully always enables me to go back to my equilibrium; where the mind meets the heart at an equal term—being emotionally honest and genuine, while being objective and open-minded, to rationalize the situations realistically before mitigating my way back to my balance.

This blog is heartfully created, aspiring to raise awareness around the ideas of mindfulness, self-understanding, and personal growth. It is the place where I share my personal experiences and my life’s journey with others, so that they can learn how to embrace mindfulness and live life on their own terms. I enjoy telling others just how much my life has been impacted by this quest for personal growth, and I hope my stories can inspire my viewers and readers to work on finding and living their version of a happy and healthy life.
